Refund Policy
ATG Beats services are digital and custom creative services. Each order may involve planning, creative direction, visual development, production setup, and custom work based on the customer’s song, lyrics, cover art, artist photo, and project notes.
Deposits
Deposits may be non-refundable once work begins. Work may include project review, creative direction, concept development, scene planning, prompt development, visual testing, editing, or other production preparation.
Case-by-Case Review
Refund requests are handled case-by-case. If work has not started, ATG Beats may approve a refund or partial refund at its discretion. If custom work has already started, the deposit or payment may not be refundable.
Final Delivery
No final watermark-free, clean, or release-ready video files are delivered until the full balance has been paid. Remaining balances are due before final clean delivery.
