These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases and project requests made through ATG Beats at atgbeats.com.
Digital and Custom Creative Services
ATG Beats provides digital creative services for artists, ministries, and clean inspirational creators. Services may include short promo clips, motion cover visuals, lyric video direction, lip-sync artist video direction, AI music visual previews, cinematic music video direction, captions, thumbnails, and release-ready content planning.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for sending accurate project details, including artist name, song title, song file or song link, lyrics, cover art, artist reference photos, release date, social media links, desired service, visual mood, colors, story idea, and whether a beat is needed. If file uploads are not available at checkout, customers must email project files and notes to services@awakenedtruthgospel.com after checkout.
Deposits and Remaining Balances
Some ATG Beats services are sold as deposits. Deposit products show the amount due today. Remaining balances are due before final clean delivery. Final pricing may depend on video length, number of scenes, lip-sync complexity, revisions, and overall project scope.
No final watermark-free, clean, or release-ready video files are delivered until the full balance has been paid.
Delivery and Revisions
Delivery timelines vary by project size, customer response time, asset readiness, and revision needs. Revision terms may be confirmed before production begins. Major changes outside the original direction may require an additional quote.
Ownership and Rights
Customers are responsible for owning or having permission to use all songs, lyrics, cover art, artist photos, names, logos, and reference materials submitted to ATG Beats. ATG Beats may use provided assets only to complete the requested project unless otherwise agreed.
Beats and Add-ons
Customers do not have to use an ATG Beats beat to order visual services. Beats may be purchased separately or added to a project when available.
